Guidelines for Registration

• The registration charges for general participants is Rs. 4,000/-
• Subsidized registration rate is available for the following categories:
  • Students & Exhibitors – Rs. 2000

  • Person with Disability – Rs. 1000
• If you belong to an NGO working in the domain of disability or assistive technology, we have the following options for you:
  • If you are an NGO employee with Disability, you can fill this form to claim a free registration: https://forms.gle/hHyiK7bzUgrHwqL16
  • One other employee of the NGO can register at a subsidized rate of Rs 2000. The remaining registrants have to pay the entire amount of Rs 4000.
